Once the specified objectives are achieved, your information is either securely sanitized or permanently deleted using advanced technical protocols.

2. Tiered Retention Schedules

To manage data effectively, we categorize information into three tiers based on its sensitivity and regulatory relevance:

Tier 1: Transient Verification & Interaction Data

Scope: Call log verification signals, camera-captured receipts, and coarse geographical metrics.

Protocol: These records are treated as temporary. Call log signals for automated authentication are flushed immediately post-session, with only cryptographic proofs retained for 6 months to address disputes. Images and localized data are purged from active production environments within 30 days of your final service engagement.

Tier 2: Security Baselines & Performance Analytics

Scope: Installed application inventories, software crash diagnostics, and device hardware specifications.

Protocol: This data helps maintain the security integrity of your account. Application snapshots are refreshed upon each login, while historical logs are archived for 3 years for anti-fraud modeling. Tier 3: Core Identity & Statutory Records
